My name is Shelley, and my path to professional photography began with a commitment to excellence. In 2021, while shooting for my church, I realized that my creative vision had outpaced the tools I had used for two decades. That decision to invest in elite, professional equipment was the catalyst for a career that hasn't looked back since.
The Art of the Environment
What began in residential real estate quickly transformed into a deep obsession with the built environment. I found my niche collaborating with those who shape the visual landscape: interior designers, architects, and contractors. A defining milestone occurred in early 2023 when the Wall Street Journal commissioned me to photograph a luxury estate on Ono Island for their Global Luxury Mansion section. That experience—balancing the technical requirements of high-end architecture with the organic beauty of the Orange Beach coast—defined the standard of precision we carry today.

Our workflow is built on real-time collaboration:
Tethered Precision: On every shot, we work together using a tethered iPad. This allows us to review each frame instantly, ensuring perfect symmetry and meticulous attention to detail.
A Dual Perspective: While I focus on composition and lighting, Blaine provides a critical second set of eyes on the monitor, capturing the nuanced environmental details that make a space truly come alive.
